The Women of Beck Did It Better

Beck Did It Better Podcast
About this episodeWe are all thankful for many things this year. We are especially thankful for the support we get from our loved ones when making this podcast. It is more like indifference but we still appreciate it.  The three spouses of the members of Beck Did It Better got on the mic to talk to Russ about their thoughts on the podcast, when it bugs them, and they give some dating advice to Russell.  Enjoy the special thanksgiving episode of BECK DID IT BETTER.

[00:00]I know you want to listen to Beck did it better all day, all day, because you like all the funny and cool things we have to say, we have to say, but now you're sick of us, and you just want to listen to Russ, let's let Russell get his interview underway.

[00:18]Russell and the women of Beck did it better.

[00:25]I feel like I need a drink.

[00:27]So our first, wow, what an amazing time, we get to have the wives of the guys from Beck did it better, and Russ, so we got to start with Anna, we got to go up to the west coast, Anna, how you doing, rolling going, how's it going?

[00:38]You know what, it's going really well, we got rain today, so we are pretty stoked about that, because that potentially means that fire season is over in California, so.

[00:51]It probably also means that Aaron does not have to live in the garage, because if he has to.

[00:57]If he has to live in the garage and go out and use the lawn for his potty area, the rain is going to ruin that, so why don't you tell us your version, what was the one week or the few days like with Aaron in the garage?

[01:11]Well, you know, honestly, like, I felt really bad for him, because we have rats.

[01:19]Oh, no, no, no, no, you don't understand how this works, you're supposed to say, like, you felt amazing that he was out in the garage for a few days.

[01:25]Well, you know what, I probably would have.

[01:27]I don't know if we didn't have a three-year-old who is a horrible sleeper, so he was up before six most days, and then also awake multiple times in the night, and I have to admit that Aaron is generally the person that gets up with him, because I need a lot more sleep, so I was really thankful when he could be back in the house and wake up at 4.45 in the morning with our child.

[01:51]So when he comes back into the house, do you go out to the garage and take care of this rodent problem?

[01:56]No.

[01:57]There's rodents out in the garage, you need to address what's going on out there.

[02:00]I know, we do, and you know, we talked about it, and I, we rent, we don't own, and this garage, if we owned this place, we would demolish the garage and just build a new one, so I'm like, what is she going to do?

[02:12]Like, there's literally no way that she can keep the mice.

[02:15]I mean, it's not horrible, but it's like, it's a garage, and you know, there are access points for the animals.

[02:23]Sarah, the other day, Matt was saying that he tried to pull up.

[02:26]He pulled up down his hockey bag from the garage, and a mouse ran down him, and he screamed like a girl.

[02:31]Does Matt always scream like a little kid when he sees a rodent, or what's Matt's normal reaction when he has to deal with critters?

[02:37]Well, I don't know if it's that reaction, but he did come in, that was last winter, trying to get skates down, and he came in and said that I wouldn't have believed the noise that came out of him.

[02:50]Like a little girl or something along those lines.

[02:54]So yeah, that's true.

[02:56]No, usually, we've had some rodents throughout the years, and that is his job, but I'm not sure he's been startled by them.

[03:06]It's probably been, I've discovered something, and then passed it on to be his problem, but yeah.

[03:13]Jenny, Jenny, you were telling us about an amazing night you had tonight.

[03:16]Tell us about your night.

[03:17]What did you go get for food tonight?

[03:19]I had oysters.

[03:20]Oh, were they West Coast or East Coast oysters?

[03:23]East Coast.

[03:24]And why do you think those are better than West Coast?

[03:26]Because they are briny and delicious, and West Coast oysters are small and sweet, and I prefer the large, briny East Coast oysters.

[03:33]You prefer the large type of oysters.

[03:36]Yes.

[03:37]So you were saying earlier, before we started recording, that your mom has been listening to this podcast.

[03:42]You've got to tell us more about what your mom's feedback has been on the podcast.

[03:46]Well, my mom basically brought up a story about my birthday where I was very upset.

[03:52]And I had not shared that with anyone, and so I thought,

[03:56]is my mom observing my life in a way that I'm not aware of?

[04:00]Like, I was like, how does she know this?

[04:02]I never told anyone this.

[04:03]And then she realized I didn't know where she had gotten this from, and then she goes, oh, never mind.

[04:10]And then later Rob said, oh, she's listening to the podcast, because I hadn't listened to the episode where he had talked about that.

[04:16]So Sarah and Anna, the story, the way Rob told it, and then we're going to have Jenny tell it, is that one day—

[04:23]Jenny had a reason to be mad.

[04:24]Jenny definitely had a reason to be mad.

[04:26]Yeah, so essentially, for our listeners that haven't listened yet, essentially, they're going to—

[04:32]Rob and Jenny and their kids are going to kind of a resort-type place for the weekend for Jenny's birthday.

[04:37]And we had just started the podcast.

[04:40]We'd been a few months in, and Rob has been really into it.

[04:42]He does such a great job, and he's putting all this time into editing and soundbites.

[04:45]And they get to this resort, and it's Jenny's birthday, and it turns out Rob's gifts didn't show up on time.

[04:51]The gift he did get her was a bench shirt that she can't wear because it's some sort of crop top.

[04:56]And he fails to get birthday candles for her birthday party.

[05:01]And so they're sitting at this resort, and they have dinner.

[05:06]They have a Zoom call with Jenny's parents later on, and she kind of says,

[05:09]Hey, Rob, we don't have the birthday candles.

[05:11]And he's like, Yeah, yeah, yeah, because he's listening, or he's trying to edit the podcast.

[05:16]He's editing the podcast.

[05:18]And so it turns out this turned into this whole domestic dispute where they're arguing back and forth.

[05:25]Rob's not getting sleep.

[05:26]He's not going to sleep at night because Jenny's angry because Rob screwed up.

[05:29]And from my perspective, I was pissed because I wanted Rob.

[05:33]Rob can't be doing stuff that's going to injure the podcast.

[05:35]And if Jenny gets annoyed with Rob because he's spending too much time on the podcast, it's not good.

[05:39]So, Jenny, what was your version of that story?

[05:41]So the birthday gifts, first of all, the crop top was a gift.

[05:46]So he ordered a bench shirt from A7.

[05:50]And then A7 sent the crop top as a gift.

[05:54]The crop top was fine.

[05:56]But he ordered all these things.

[05:57]And I don't even care about the gifts.

[05:59]But he ordered them all the day we were leaving for the he ordered them.

[06:03]I am supposed to speak into the microphone.

[06:04]He ordered them all the day we were leaving for the resort.

[06:07]So they clearly weren't going to come in time for my birthday.

[06:11]So why did he even order this shit that I didn't even want?

[06:14]I returned all of that crap.

[06:15]It didn't come until, like, the week after that.

[06:18]What a dick, right, guys?

[06:20]What a dick.

[06:20]I was like, why would you even bother to buy me a birthday present if it's not going to come until a week later?

[06:25]You clearly forgot.

[06:26]My birthday.

[06:26]If you're ordering it the day before we're leaving town.

[06:29]And the whole birthday cake thing, it wasn't that big a deal.

[06:33]It was just that I bought the birthday cake myself.

[06:35]And then the birthday candles didn't show up with the groceries we had.

[06:40]They fell out of the cart or whatever.

[06:42]And so I just said, could you go get some birthday candles?

[06:44]And he's like, OK.

[06:45]And then he went and, like, edited the podcast for an hour instead of looking to get the birthday candles.

[06:51]I was like, can you, like, just do one thing for my birthday?

[06:55]Like, you know.

[06:56]Because when it's his birthday or the girl's birthday, we make it such a big deal.

[06:59]And for me, it was like, oh, I'm going to edit the podcast instead of acknowledging it's your birthday.

[07:05]And then rumor has it for your dog's birthday, a few days later, you guys went all out.

[07:10]There was, like, cake.

[07:10]There was decorations.

[07:11]There was everything.

[07:12]The dog is a very big deal.

[07:14]But the thing is, like, I didn't tell anyone about this.

[07:18]And then all of a sudden, my mom knew about it.

[07:20]And it was clear that she learned about it by listening to the podcast.

[07:23]Crystal, is there a sound bite?

[07:26]What do you guys call that in the podcast world?

[07:28]Where they do the Rob's a Dick one with, like, an oh, yeah.

[07:32]Rob does a lot of oh, yeah.

[07:35]I've tried so long to have a Rob's a Dick podcast, but he deletes it every time.

[07:38]So why don't we all say Rob's a Dick and then say oh, yeah.

[07:41]One, two, three.

[07:42]Rob's a Dick.

[07:44]Rob's a Dick.

[07:44]Oh, yeah.

[07:46]Speaking of, did I tell you about his nickname in college?

[07:51]You told me.

[07:54]Why don't you tell Sarah and Anna?

[07:55]I don't think Anna heard this one yet.

[07:57]So I hope this doesn't actually go online because my mom is listening.

[08:00]But nonetheless, when I went to medical school, Rob became very good friends with my medical school friends.

[08:09]And they're fantastic people.

[08:10]And we had a nice little group of friends.

[08:13]But he told them all that his nickname in college was Thick Dick.

[08:18]And he asked them all to refer to him as Thick Dick because that was his nickname from college.

[08:25]And he said, oh, yeah, that's a good nickname.

[08:26]And he said, oh, yeah, that's a good nickname from college.

[08:26]And he said, oh, yeah, that's a good nickname from college.

[08:26]And he said, oh, yeah, that's a good nickname from college.

[08:26]And he said, oh, yeah, that's a good nickname from college.

[08:26]And he said, oh, yeah, that's a good nickname from college.

[08:26]And he said, oh, yeah, that's a good nickname from college.

[08:26]And you've got to be appreciating every life decision you've made so far.

[08:30]There's no way Aaron has ever pulled a stunt like that.

[08:33]No.

[08:33]I actually have said to Aaron, I'm like, you never talk about your family.

[08:40]Like, you don't talk about us that much.

[08:42]And, you know, he's like, I'm very private.

[08:43]Like, I don't want to, like, disclose things about our family.

[08:47]I have to ask, though, on the podcast, Aaron talks a lot about stuff that we think is strange.

[08:51]Like, he gets excited about weird things.

[08:53]Like, he had spicy peanuts in the garage the other day, and he was super pumped about having spicy peanuts.

[08:58]Or you guys always have chicken that he puts in a metal bucket, and he gets super, like, he has this cathartic experience about cooking chicken.

[09:06]Like, do you think this stuff is weird, too, or is it just us?

[09:09]I don't.

[09:11]And honestly, tonight, we're fine.

[09:13]We're putting our child to bed.

[09:15]And he was telling us about some songs that he's learned in his preschool.

[09:19]And he was like, sometimes we just—you guys, you're going to think all of us are crazy.

[09:24]He was like, sometimes we just vibrate the songs in our head, and that's how we sing the songs.

[09:30]What?

[09:30]And I think he's talking about—

[09:32]All right, all right.

[09:32]Rob needs to drop in the left field take of the week, so it's clear.

[09:35]What's the metal chicken?

[09:37]I mean, we have a bucket of chicken right now in the refrigerator, so we do.

[09:43]They think it's really weird.

[09:44]That was Aaron's left field take of the week.

[09:46]What the hell is he talking about?

[09:49]Oh, yeah.

[09:50]What the hell are you talking about, Aaron's wife?

[09:53]I won't tell you what we had for dinner, either, because you'll also think that's weird.

[09:57]Well, I don't get the metal bucket.

[09:59]So, essentially, Jenny, you know, like, when a lot of us think about, you know, getting a bucket of chicken, we're thinking about, like, KFC or Popeyes.

[10:05]Aaron and Anna, they're thinking about them, like, sitting out on their grill and properly preparing a chicken and then putting it in a metal—

[10:13]A metal bucket for the week, so it—

[10:15]What's the metal bucket?

[10:16]I don't understand that.

[10:17]It's just like, we don't have a lot of plastic in the house.

[10:20]Oh, it's like your Tupperware, but you don't want plastic.

[10:22]Exactly.

[10:23]See, you get it.

[10:24]I get it.

[10:25]So, my idea of chicken, Ross, is I take skinless, boneless chicken breasts, and I cook them in a crock pot.

[10:34]Ooh.

[10:34]Just on high.

[10:37]Jenny, do you cook it, or does your friend that cleans the house and take care of your kids cook it?

[10:43]Well, she cuts my cabbage, but I actually cook my own chicken.

[10:48]But that's a good idea.

[10:49]I need to outsource the chicken cooking, Russell.

[10:51]Speaking of food, Sarah, I've heard that Matt's been really into gardening lately.

[10:57]What's Matt's deal with gardening?

[10:58]He's been super pumped about his pumpkins.

[11:00]Oh, yeah.

[11:01]It was exciting times this summer, what we've come to.

[11:06]He just aged a little bit each summer, and then this summer was the perfect summer to really embrace it.

[11:13]And so, I'd all of a sudden see him with some tools.

[11:16]He was real excited when the tomatoes took off, because those have not happened in the past.

[11:21]And then I'd see him out there working on something, and he's building a trellis.

[11:30]Was there a point where you realized Matt was becoming this mean old daddy?

[11:34]We always talk about Matt being a mean old daddy.

[11:36]He stopped having fun at Halloween.

[11:39]He's not allowed to kill all his kids' buddy.

[11:43]Was there a tipping point when Matt became the mean old daddy?

[11:48]He's not staring at you right now.

[11:52]He went to the other room.

[11:53]No, he's like right over my shoulder, right here, right now.

[11:56]I have a question about the tomatoes.

[11:58]Oh, bring it.

[11:59]Does Matt cut the tomatoes the way Aaron cuts the tomatoes?

[12:04]I don't know.

[12:07]What?

[12:08]Anna, what are you doing?

[12:12]Only for cherry tomatoes.

[12:13]Cherry tomatoes.

[12:13]Cherry tomatoes.

[12:15]How does Aaron cut cherry tomatoes, Anna?

[12:18]Put them between two, like, cupboards, and then you slice them with, like, a bread knife or something,

[12:25]and then you don't have to, like, cut each individual cherry tomato.

[12:29]Yeah.

[12:29]So it's a very good skill.

[12:31]We use it in autopsy quite often.

[12:33]Exactly.

[12:34]Wait, what?

[12:36]No, wait, what?

[12:37]What?

[12:38]You use it in autopsy?

[12:40]Russ, I've done a lot of autopsies, and we use that.

[12:43]We use that same cutting skill.

[12:44]Oh, God, this is gross to me right now.

[12:46]Because then you, like, can slice right through the middle, right, Jenny?

[12:48]Yeah, it's really nice for slicing lungs nice and thin.

[12:51]Oh, no, this is terrible.

[12:53]This is terrible.

[12:54]Enjoy your cherry tomatoes next time.

[12:57]That will be...

[12:58]That'll be good.

[13:00]So, ladies, do we have any advice for Russell on his dating?

[13:06]Oh, yeah.

[13:06]What would you guys say for me?

[13:07]So, you are all three married women, but you've never really done the online dating thing.

[13:11]For me, the single thing I would say is, I don't know.

[13:12]Single guy.

[13:13]I'm a decent enough dude.

[13:15]Haven't had enough luck with women.

[13:16]What would you say is the one piece of advice you would give me?

[13:19]We'll start with Anna.

[13:19]What would be the one piece of advice?

[13:21]Just be yourself.

[13:23]Like, I love you.

[13:23]Oh, no, no, no.

[13:25]That hasn't worked well at all.

[13:26]That hasn't worked well at all.

[13:28]But we love you.

[13:30]One hour.

[13:31]Exactly.

[13:31]Like, it's going to happen.

[13:33]Like, every day, Aaron and I are like, do we know someone that, like, is Russell's type

[13:39]that could move to Minnesota?

[13:40]And the answer is always no.

[13:42]Well, it's like, you know, the world is weird right now.

[13:46]And, like, everybody we know is, like, married and has children.

[13:48]But, like, that's my best advice.

[13:52]I mean, I don't know anything about online dating.

[13:55]So, I have zero advice about that.

[13:57]All right.

[13:58]Get, get, get, get to the corner.

[14:00]We're going to the Russell's Advice Corner.

[14:01]For Russell's Advice Corner.

[14:03]Oh, yeah.

[14:05]Throw back a shot.

[14:06]All right.

[14:07]That was a cherry.

[14:09]Jenny, we don't drink on this podcast.

[14:11]This is a sober podcast.

[14:12]This is a sober podcast.

[14:12]There's no drinking involved.

[14:14]But you do you.

[14:14]Sarah, what would be your piece of advice?

[14:17]What advice do I need to take from you?

[14:19]That's you, Jenny.

[14:21]Matt once told me that I should talk more than the woman I'm out with, which I thought

[14:26]was the worst advice I've ever heard.

[14:27]Yeah, I think you should listen more.

[14:30]Talk less, listen more.

[14:31]What?

[14:32]What was that?

[14:33]Talk less, listen more.

[14:34]Sorry, I'm not following.

[14:36]I know that's usually Rob's joke, but.

[14:38]Sarah, what do you got for advice?

[14:41]One piece of advice.

[14:42]Yeah, nothing, Russell.

[14:44]There's nothing we can do to fix this.

[14:47]No, I mean.

[14:48]I don't know.

[14:50]I don't know what.

[14:51]So this is this.

[14:52]I can see why you and Matt are married.

[14:54]This is very Matt like we're going to skip.

[14:56]Sarah will come back to Sarah while she thinks about Jenny.

[14:59]What's your piece of advice?

[15:00]I feel like, Russell, I can't.

[15:02]I would never be in a podcast.

[15:03]This is like when you're like in school and they're going to do an icebreaker.

[15:07]And then they're like, everybody's going to say, you know, you're too truce and a lie

[15:11]or what you did this summer.

[15:12]And then they're like, Sarah, and they call on me and I'm like, fuck, I don't know.

[15:17]Oh, hey, hey, this is this is a PG 13 park.

[15:21]We watch the language there.

[15:22]All right, Jenny, what's your piece of advice?

[15:25]What should I do?

[15:25]What should I what do I need to do?

[15:27]Russ, I have been dating or married to the same person for 20 years, so I don't know

[15:33]anything about dating.

[15:34]And it's Rob, too.

[15:35]So that's like ultra special.

[15:37]All my girlfriends who ask me for dating advice.

[15:39]I'm like, I don't know.

[15:42]I don't know anything about it.

[15:43]Like, I literally don't date, so I don't know.

[15:46]All right.

[15:47]All right.

[15:47]We got one more final question.

[15:49]Then we're going to get back to the pod.

[15:50]We'll start with Jenny on this one.

[15:52]One, two sentences.

[15:54]What do you think of Rob in the podcast?

[15:57]Does this annoy you that he does it?

[16:00]Or what do you think of this?

[16:01]I think this is a loaded question.

[16:05]Oh, bring it then.

[16:06]Bring it.

[16:07]I'll release the two sentence limit.

[16:08]Have at it.

[16:09]And my second sentence is, I think.

[16:12]It's awesome.

[16:13]And it makes Rob happy, which makes me happy.

[16:15]Well, why don't you go have a few more drinks and we'll get to the loaded part of it.

[16:20]Sarah, what do you think?

[16:21]What do you think of Matt when he told you he was doing this podcast?

[16:23]I have two sentences.

[16:26]You can do whatever you like.

[16:28]There's no limits on this.

[16:29]I thought it was cute.

[16:32]Like, oh, that's cute, you guys.

[16:35]And then all this stuff started coming from Amazon.

[16:42]He was set up working from our garage at the time.

[16:45]And so, or not our garage, our porch, like our three-season glass-walled porch.

[16:49]And so, like a neighbor stopped by and was, like, very distracted while we were talking.

[16:54]And she was like, is Matt on the radio?

[16:57]Oh, no.

[16:59]Did he say, yes, absolutely, I'm on KFAN from 9 to noon or what?

[17:05]Great.

[17:05]So, no.

[17:06]I appreciate it.

[17:10]I listened for the first time.

[17:12]I listened for the first time, like, last week.

[17:14]Most importantly, you're downloading every time, though.

[17:16]You're downloading, right?

[17:17]Oh, I don't know how to do it.

[17:19]What am I doing?

[17:19]Oh, geez.

[17:20]Oh, my gosh.

[17:21]We might need to end this segment now.

[17:22]My episode and a half might not count for that.

[17:24]Oh, no.

[17:25]Oh, no.

[17:26]From now on, I will.

[17:28]So, I explained, I was feeling very, like, Matt, I was working the first time and I hadn't listened yet.

[17:35]And he came in and he was like, oh, here's one of our best, like, it was kind of your mix-up of something.

[17:42]So, I started playing it and all I heard was, like, guys talking and I have this, like, averse reaction right away to, like, men on talk radio where I was, like, whoa.

[17:52]And so, I was like, nope, sorry, not going to do that.

[17:58]And then I felt guilty enough as time progressed.

[18:02]And my other podcast ended.

[18:05]So, I.

[18:06]What was the other podcast called?

[18:08]Like, Fiona Apple did it better?

[18:12]What was that one called?

[18:13]I was listening.

[18:15]If this is another one about the Rolling Stone Top 500 list, I'm going to be pissed.

[18:19]I'm going to be more pissed than when they redid the list like Matt was a few weeks ago.

[18:22]It was my, like, midlife crime drama deal, you know, of, like, yeah.

[18:27]All right, Anna, we're going to finish with you.

[18:29]So, the interesting thing with you is we record earlier West Coast times.

[18:33]We usually record, like, 730 your time.

[18:35]So, Aaron's like, enough of my family.

[18:36]I'm going out to the garage and record.

[18:38]But even more impressively, you guys will do your vacation.

[18:41]Vacations at Lake Tahoe.

[18:43]And Aaron's like, nope, I got to go record.

[18:45]And he's out dealing with bears and whatnot.

[18:46]What do you think of the podcast and Aaron being a part of it?

[18:49]You know, I sort of, I can echo what both Sarah and Jenny say.

[18:55]So, I think it's awesome.

[18:58]Like, this is such a shitty year.

[19:00]And you guys are doing this.

[19:02]And, like, it's, you guys have maintained this connection.

[19:05]And I think that's awesome.

[19:06]Like, anything that can distract you from the ridiculousness of what is going on.

[19:11]I think it's great.

[19:12]And, like, it's great to celebrate music.

[19:15]I mean, I'm a total advocate for that.

[19:18]So, I think that is awesome.

[19:20]Generally, I don't mind the podcast situation because I go to bed earlier than Aaron does.

[19:27]But the last time we were in Tahoe, he did do a recording.

[19:32]And the last night we were there.

[19:33]And I was like, maybe not the last night that we're, like, vacationing somewhere before we're going home.

[19:39]But other than that, like, I think it's great.

[19:41]I think it's pretty cool.

[19:42]But I will say that there have been a couple of weeks where I'm like, I don't want to listen to this album anymore.

[19:49]Please don't put it on.

[19:51]Especially Fleetwood Mac.

[19:53]And, honestly, I got really tired of Michael Jackson this week.

[19:55]And I think he's a great musician.

[19:56]Did anyone get sick of the Beach Boys?

[19:59]Because that song went on and on.

[20:02]Well, to be fair, Rob had a song on the Beach Boys.

[20:05]But that song went on and on and on.

[20:07]To be fair, Rob has a song on the Beach Boys album that he thinks is the greatest song ever.

[20:11]And I don't think that's true.

[20:11]I don't think most people think that.

[20:12]So you may have been exposed to him.

[20:14]Which song is that, Russ?

[20:16]God Only Knows.

[20:17]Oh, that's a jam.

[20:19]It's a total jam.

[20:20]It's pretty good, Russ.

[20:21]It's a jam.

[20:21]Also, Anna, I got to ask one more question before we wrap this up.

[20:24]So you have a Ph.D. in some sort of music something.

[20:27]Aaron does not have a Ph.D., meaning you are probably more educated to be speaking on this podcast than anyone, including our group now or Aaron, when he's normally on Acting Like This Expert.

[20:38]Does Aaron ever come to you with takes and you're like, you know?

[20:41]I know you don't even know what you're talking about, dude.

[20:43]No.

[20:45]I mean, so my doctorate is in classical music.

[20:48]No, I hate.

[20:50]Just make this sound like you're as cool as possible right now.

[20:52]Yes, I have a doctorate in musicology.

[20:54]In pop music.

[20:54]Pop music, yes.

[20:55]In pop music.

[20:56]Yeah, there we go.

[20:57]But I have a joke with my sister that I missed like 15 years of musical history because I was studying another form of music.

[21:05]So honestly, Aaron probably has more pop music knowledge.

[21:11]But I will say we've had some very serious discussions about some of the albums and like both of us, you know, going back and forth.

[21:19]And like generally we come to the same feeling about something.

[21:23]But it's kind of fun.

[21:24]Like, you know, we all need distractions from life right now because we're at home and we've been at home for eight months.

[21:31]So it's a welcome distraction to have some sort of humor and intellectual discussion.

[21:38]So I think it's awesome you guys are doing it.

[21:40]You guys know what?

[21:41]What else is a welcome distraction is the podcast called Beck Did It Better.

[21:44]So now on the count of three, we all have to say Beck Did It Better in our in our most deepest, most masculine voice possible.

[21:50]Ready?

[21:50]One, two, three.

[21:52]Beck Did It Better.

[21:55]I don't have a masculine voice.

[21:58]Thank you, ladies.

[22:00]Thank you, Russell.

[22:02]Good luck with the ladies, Russ.

[22:07]I need all the help I can get, Jenny.

[22:08]I appreciate it.

[22:09]I know anyone.

[22:11]I know anyone.

[22:11]Let's do Beck Did It Better all day.

[22:14]All day.

[22:14]Because you like all the funny and cool things we have to say.

[22:18]We have to say.

[22:20]But now you're sick of us.

[22:22]And you just want to listen to Russ.

[22:24]Let's let Russell get his interview underway.

[22:28]Russell and the women of Beck Did It Better.
